At Masonic Village & Elizabethtown Model Railroad Club, we have a rich history dating back to 1997. We started as a small train club created by residents of The Masonic Village. Over the years the club has increased in membership and the number of layouts and we have since grown into a top notch model railroad destination.
We have seven scales of model trains. We have Garden Scale trains circling over head on four tracks. There is a Standard Gauge layout with engines and cars approaching 100 years old still running strong. Our S Gauge layout has many American Flyer trains to delight visitors. Our largest layout is the O scale. It runs on over 1,600 feet of track. Our highly detailed HO and N scale models will capture the imagination of both the casual observer and the enthusiast. Of course do not miss the Z scale, our smallest train.
The MVE Model Railroad Club is composed of residents of the Masonic Village along with members from the surrounding communities. The club has members that are skilled craftsmen in electronics, modeling, woodworking, and mechanics. They also have a wealth of knowledge on the hobby and the world of trains in general. New members are always welcomed. Please inquire at an open house if interested.
